Please join the Russian and East European Culture Club as we celebrate our annual WinterFest. Professor Pease of the English and Russian departments will be teaching us how to make authentic Russian beet soup, “Borsch,” while she and adjunct professor of Russian Elena Rezinkova will be sharing their unique insights into Russian culture and cuisine. I am a senior in college who will be off in the wonderful world of finance come July. While my resume passions include scrupulously watching economic indicators and reading the Wall Street Journal, I could just as happily spend all day reading blogs and sharing my passion for food, fashion, and fun.
